Mark Lister

Born and Raised in Costa Mesa California, Mark graduated high school in 1978 and then later joined the Air Force. After Serving eleven years in the Service, including in England, Mark finished his duty here at Nellis Air Force Base. After the Air Force, Mark became involved in full time sales winning some awards and being promoted very early as a Branch Manager with Electrolux. After management experience, Mark then began working with another sales organization selling new and used, cars and trucks at Friendly Ford in Las Vegas. Some of marks other previous experience in the working world was also as a Las Vegas Cab Driver – getting to know the city like the back of his hand. Mark and his family (he has a wife and children) was also as a previous rental house investor/owner who had hired George in the past as his property manager. With some profitable experiences with the investment, including an eviction adventure that went well, Mark’s family later sold that house and purchased another (brand new at the time) through George. Based on his sales experience in the past of what went right and wrong, and also seeing the benefits of owning investment property, Mark pursued and became for the first time a rookie full time Real Estate Agent with George. Mark began adding property management accounts to the company roster and set some sales records as well, becoming a “Million Dollar Sales Club Member” in only his second year with George. Mark now going on four years with George at Property Services, Inc. is helping the other new agents as well as growing his referral business working with buyers, sellers, and rental house investors.
