We can be your Resident Agent (RA) for your Entity (Corporation
or LLC)
$100 per year includes: Receipt of mail that is SERVICE OF
PROCESS and other legal demand, notices, or process authorized
by the State of Nevada under the Nevada Revised Statutes and
of course as allowed by law. A Resident agent is required
for every Nevada Corporation for the purpose of accepting
legal mailings and other Services of Process. You must note
that the Resident agent is NOT one of your Corporate Officers
and is NOT involved in the running of your business in any
way. The Resident Agent would receive the annual officer state
request.
