So remember, not to visit any new Home site without seeing us first!!! Be aware that Nevada has less than 20% of all property that is under private ownership!!!

We work as a Buyer’s Broker or Buyer’s Agent: We work specifically for buyers’ (like a lawyer representing you) instead of working for the seller when you purchase a property. The fees and commissions are paid by the seller so again, these services - using our expertise, negotiation techniques, financing, and strategy do not cost you any out of pocket money!!!

We can help you find the right financing: There are literally dozens if not 100’s of Lenders out there in the marketplace. There are hundreds of loan programs to choose from, many of which might not be good for you. We can help decipher this lending maze and refer you to our “hand picked” lenders. Our lenders generally work on referral only and do not have what we in the business refer to as “garbage fee’s” that some unsuspecting buyers pay for.

Nevada is a great state to live and work in because: There are NO income, personal, corporate, gift, inheritance, inventory, franchise or intangible taxes. Sales Tax is only 7.25% with grocery foods and prescription drugs being exempt from these taxes. Property tax is only $5 per every $100 of assessed valuation which is only approximately 35% of the market. Being a right to work state, with decent weather all year, creates many opportunities for entrepreneurs.

We have professional sports visit or play here (Los Angeles Lakers, Hockey, Tennis, AAA Baseball housed here) and other specialty events for ESPN such as annual national championships (table tennis, chess, billiards). Olympic events and exhibitions take place here too (gymnastics, Ice Skating).
